Anthropic's mysterious Mythos AI threatens to upend the infosec world

Kettle Anthropic dropped a doozy on us this week with the launch of Mythos, an AI model it says is able to find and exploit zero-day vulnerabilities with a shocking level of ability.

This, of course, makes it a perfect topic for this week's episode of the Kettle, where host Brandon Vigliarolo is joined by APAC editor Simon Sharwood and senior reporter Tom Claburn to discuss all things Mythos.

The discussion this week covers just what the heck Anthropic has its hands on that's apparently too dangerous to release to the world (where have we heard that before?), what this means for the cybersecurity community, and whether we should take Anthropic at its word or not.

You can listen to The Kettle here, as well as on Spotify and Apple Music. ®
