All2Txt is a nifty little tool that has the power of converting documents from one file extension to TXT file format. The list of supported formats includes PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, RTF, HTM / HTML or HLP.
The installation process is easy to follow and requires you to press a few ‘Next’ buttons. The user interface is simple and common, yet intuitive.
Usage is not rocket science: add the files or the directory you want to convert to TXT, and hit the "Convert" button (after you configure the destination folder).
Documents can be added in the working environment using the built-in browse button or drag-and-drop support.
Special attention is dedicated to the PDF files, for which you can configure the text output order (you can set it to default, raw order or you can choose to maintain the original layout).
The conversion takes little time, as you can see by reading the log file. Even special characters are transferred to TXT. Also, links are copied along with a "hyperlink" label. When you exit All2Txt Crack and initiate it again, any files you have previously added to the conversion task will still be displayed there.
But this software can't convert documents that are password-protected. For example, we tried converting a protected PDF file without success. A small red x appeared right next to it, in the interface, but All2Txt didn't recognize the problem.
All in all, All2Txt is a very effective tool that batch-converts documents to TXT format. Seeing how our tests worked, we definitely recommend it to other users.
thank you
Gracias por All2Txt patch
