Lepide Active Directory Self Service is a software solution designed to help IT teams grant special privileges to regular Active Directory users so that they can perform a series of simple tasks without relying on system administrators.
It integrates with GINA/CP, making it possible that users can reset their passwords even if their accounts are locked. Doing so can be accomplished by pressing the Ctrl + Alt + Delete key combination and answering a series of questions or using a one-time password (OTP).
A web-based dashboard is provided so that events such as password resets, account lockouts or overall activity can be logged and observed. This way, administrators can identify potential issues or abuses and act on them.
It features a component that alerts users if their passwords are about to expire. Administrators can decide what actions can regular users perform so that only specified fields can be updated or modified. Users can have no access, full control or only read-only access to Active Directory Attributes. When SSL security is active, Lepide Active Directory Self Service Crack redirects traffic from HTTP to HTTPS.
Administrators can unlock all the locked accounts simultaneously at a certain point or they can create a schedule. It is possible that regular users can grant permissions to other coworkers by using the "Authorize co-worker" function.
