All File to All File Converter 3000 is a very simple-to-use conversion program that supports different types of files, such as images (e.g. JPG, BMP, GIF), documents (e.g. DOC, DOCX, PDF) and presentations (e.g. PPT, PPTX). It can turn them into other formats like RTF, FLV, and SWF. Contrary to what the name implies, the tool's list of supported file types is not that extensive.
The setup procedure does not take a long time to finish, and it requests a system reboot. However, our tests have shown that it works just fine without going through with the restart.
The interface has a neatly organized structure, and users can import files with the help of the file browser, folder view or drag-and-drop support. As you may have suspected by now, batch processing is possible, which means you can work with multiple items at once to reduce overall task time.
Shown information includes the name, full path, size, file type and date of modification for each item. All you have to do is specify an output directory and format to start conversion.
As far as the output files are concerned, you can change options for converting PDFs to text when it comes to pagination, URL page content and others, specify the output size, zoom mode and watermark when creating images, and so on.
The tool is fairly light on the system resources, since it runs on low CPU and memory. It carries out conversion jobs quickly. However, it requires Microsoft Excel installed and does not deliver the best results in quality. Besides, its current price tag is not worth the app's feature-set. Users should resorts to other apps when it comes to file conversion.
