ASCON is a full featured contacts management system. It keeps an extensive range of details on your business contacts including phone calls made and received, what stage of the 'sell' they are at (ie they have made an enquiry, they have asked for a price, they have purchased. This allows you to target specific groups.

Each contact can have an unlimited number of history notes attached to them and they can belong to any number of groups.

You can track the sales process with simple checkboxes which allows you to get quick lists of contacts who have:

Contacted you, but haven't asked for prices

Asked for a quote but haven't ordered/purchased

Ordered but haven't recieved your product/service

Recieved product, but haven't paid

With a single click you can visit the contacts website or dial their phone number. Phone calls are timed and logged to the history file.
