Facial recognition tool can come in handy sometimes, especially if you include them in larger apps that are used for either security or digital image editing.

Its main purpose is implementing some facial detection protocols in the webcam's recording operation, allowing you to detect how many different faces are in front of your webcam at any given time.

Obviously, the app requires a recording device to be attached or built-in to your PC to work. Additionally, if you have multiple such devices, you can select from the menu which one you are going to use.

Another thing worth noting is that the app doesn't manage to detect faces if the image quality is too blurred, or if some of the facial characteristics are hidden (such as the lower half the face being hidden behind a bushy beard)
