The ONVIF standard has provided interfaces for achieving effective interoperability of IP-based physical security products. Within this standard, there are specific devices and corresponding software, which rely on specialized protocols and characteristics, which are meant to facilitate the development of video surveillance systems and other relevant security measures. In order to attain connectivity across the standard, and between specific devices, Happytime Onvif Proxy can provide a solution.
This application was created specifically in order to offer users specialized means to achieve connectivity for multipole ONIVF-compatible devices simultaneously, through a proxy. Its main working principle involves the forwarding of requests from the client tool, CMS, and NVR, to the proxy-compatible devices, and forwarding the corresponding response to the client.
A multitude of operations are supported, including PTZ transparent operation, snapshot forwarding, system log forwarding, file forwarding, backup forwarding, and more. The RTSP streaming and corresponding proxies are configured automatically, and it will allow for on-demand proxy connection.
Last but not least, the application is deployed for both x86 and x64 architectures, and users will be able to perform the required configuration, in order to achieve the edge device status, for the deployment and centralized management of ONIVF devices.
