When faced with the difficulties that arise when dealing with goods and parcel shipping in an online business' context, users will require specialized means for achieving better interoperability between the different systems and carrier providers. One example is when having the parcel shipping data in Excel-compatible format, and wanting to transfer it directly to the carrier’s label generation system.
HissenIT Desktop-ParcelConnector was designed specifically with that purpose in mind, and it will offer its users the specialized means of transferring CSV parcel data, directly to the DHL label creation system, yielding the corresponding labels in PDF format, containing all the relevant information.
Users will be required to have a DHL business account, and provide a list of required account details in the application, such as the account numbers for WaPo, Parcel, as well as the sender address details, and, last but not least, the DHL system credentials.
Consequently, the application will provide users with a direct download of the PDF labels, which can be printed directly. Furthermore, order cancellations are also possible directly through CSV, and the resulting shipment numbers and barcodes saved in Excel format as well. Last but not least, the resulting download deliverables also include customs’ declarations.
