Whenever an application is developed, resources and component libraries can be used for faster integration of specific features, skipping the time-consuming code writing task. Image Viewer CP Pro ActiveX brings a set of such components for the creation of image manipulation applications.
The component can be used with any programming languages that supports ActiveX, such as Delphi, Access, Visual Basic, Visual C++, .NET Framework, and more. The package also contains a set of source code samples created in several supported programming languages, including web format.
Features can be bundled inside applications in order to allow end users to create, display, edit, flip, resize, and rotate images and other graphics. In addition, these include color manipulation options for brightness adjustment, contrast, gamma, hue, and saturation.
File support allows flexibility to work with photos, pictures, and graphic files like BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, and multi-page TIFF. This includes options to both import and export under these file types. This enables building components and features for conversion tasks.
Another built-in component allows the development of electronic maps, or related map functions through the feature called “Map System helper”. Hotkey support can be implemented to create a friendlier environment.
Other editing options make it possible to add watermarks, either from a picture, or text. More effects can be built by combining image adjustment sliders with grayscale, and color manipulation. Exporting can also be done under PDF documents, or as output for connected printers.
