Internet Cyber Cafe Self Service Client is a solution for Internet Cafe owners that want to implement a self-service system, thus saving money spent with management staff.
The principle is simple, the system is coin or bill operated and enables users to stay online until the expiration time is over. After that, another bill or coin is required to add more time to the counter.
Users need to go to a payment station (which is a hardware component that communicates with this application), select a computer by its ID and insert money into the station according to how much time they want to use it.
After the time expires, the computer they paid for is locked. Installing Internet Cyber Cafe Self Service requires a working LAN network and a payment station, connected to a server PC.
The server component needs to be installed on a single machine in the network, whereas the clients have to be installed on every other computer so that the self-service system can be efficient.
The payment station can be configured to identify and validate five types of coins or various coin and token diameters, depending on the preferences of the Internet Cafe's owner.
