The advent of Microsoft’s proprietary Active Directory service has meant that administrators were now able to benefit from enhanced network management and cater to permissions and associated network resources. Together with such processes, a number of reports can be generated to perform diagnostic tasks and have a better, in-depth overview of the processes' characteristics. Built with such tasks in mind, and more, isimSoftware Active Directory Reporting will address the requirements of reporting in the context of Active Directory management.
This application was designed specifically in order to provide users with a collection of tools that address reporting for Active Directory workframes, and it will offer a series of pre-defined, reports, coupled with a scheduler, which will enable users to achieve automation.
The automation process is attainable in a range of aspects, pertaining to users, computers, groups, passwords, as well as Office365 applications, and the frequency upon which the scheduler can be set is either hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Furthermore, SOX compliance is also addressed, and account status retrieval and last logon time are also supported. Last but not least, the pre-built reports cover a series of tasks, ranging from user creation, and all the way to group members.
