As its name suggests, Magicbit Zune Video Converter allows you to prepare audio and video files (e.g. 3GP, AVI, MP4, AC3, WAV) for Zune devices. But it can also convert items to WMV, AAC, M4A, MP3, WMA and WAV.
The interface of the program is clean and pretty intuitive. Media files can be imported into the file queue by using the file browser or "drag and drop" method. It is possible to process multiple items at the same time.
In the file list you can find out the name, duration, source and target type, along with status of each item. Once the output directory and profile have been specified, you can proceed with the conversion operation with the default settings.
Otherwise, you can customize audio and video preferences when it comes to the codec, size, frame rate, aspect ratio, quality, bit rate, sample rate and channel mode. Unfortunately, you cannot restore settings to their default values but you can save them to a new profile.
Furthermore, you can preview clips in a small, built-in media player, split videos by time or size, edit metadata, change the interface language, specify the number of maximum simultaneous running processes and set Magicbit Zune Video Converter Crack to overwrite existing files.
The video conversion program requires a moderate amount of system resources to complete a job in reasonable time. It is very responsive and includes a help file. Magicbit Zune Video Converter did not freeze, crash or display error dialogs during our tests. However, you cannot set the tool to open the output directory or to turn off the computer after encoding. Plus, the output videos have a poor image and sound quality. No recent updates have been made.
