The MICR font standards that feature widespread use among banks and other financial-related institutions are characterized by a series of specific attributes, which guarantee secure, anti-fraud protection against any forgery attempts. Such fonts require specialized software and calibration tools for the actual printing process, which is mainly centered around checks that need to pass OCR recognition within the banking system. MICR Font Suite, just as its name implies, will cater to such requirements, by offering users a specialized font set, as well as a dedicated calibration wizard.
This application was created specifically in order to provide you with the means to produce reliable, fraud-resistant check prints, using the MICR font standard, directly from a generic printer, and calibrate the printing process through an included wizard.
This font package comes equipped with 15 versions of the MICR E13 B Match fonts, which relate to a large variety of printers and corresponding configurations, and associated typesetting and printing equipment. Additionally, 14 anti-fraud, secure number fonts are also provided in the package.
Last but not least, users will be able to browse and edit the fonts, as well as preview the resulting view after typing their preferred content in a dedicated input field.
