IMPORTANT NOTICE
Quorum or Quorum Conference Server is a handy, third-party software solution that was created in order to help advanced computer users create phone conference servers on any computer that runs on the Windows operating system.
This handy, comprehensive application makes it possible for a large number of callers to connect to a conference call in a quick, effortless manner by using VoIP lines or standard lines on external phone numbers or via an office phone system.
How much users can simultaneously connect to a conference call is only limited by the bandwidth of the server. Whenever a caller chooses the option to generate a new conference, the application will automatically assign and read back to the user a secure and unique conference number, making sure that no unwanted users will receive this sensitive piece of information.
After this has been done, the creator of the conference can choose to share the secret, unique number with each one of the participants that need to join the new conference.
Whenever any user dials the server and inputs this secure and unique conference number, they will be automatically added to the current conversation with the other members of the conference, without any additional actions or configuration.
System requirementsTelephone number with a SIP based VoIP service provider. VoIP based office telephone system (try the Axon PC PABX). To connect to ordinary lines a professional telephony board.
