Sleep mode is a power option built into the operating system that shuts down most of your computer's functions, while still enabling you to quickly boot it back up whenever you need it. There are, however, some functionality issues, especially when it comes to applications that require Internet access in order to run.
Safe Sleep is a software utility that enables you to avoid this problem, by automatically killing the desired application before the computer enters sleep mode. Thus, by closing the program that blocks Internet access, you can get rid of the aforementioned issue and resume your work as usual after the computer comes out of sleep mode.
Since the application runs in the background and can only be accessed through the tray bar, it can be useful to allow it to automatically start whenever the operating system boots, so you do not happen to forget about it. In addition, this also ensures that the utility is always running and you do no have to check on it every time your computer loads.
As far as customizing the process or the program that you want to terminate before the system goes into sleep mode, the application allows you to manually enter its name using the keyboard. This, although it may give you full control over the chosen program, can also pose difficulties for less experienced users, since you are not offered too many clues about what to type into the available field.
It does, however, get very easy-to-use once you get the hang of it, since all you are required to do is to enter the name of the application and not the path to its location. You do, however, have to type the exact name, otherwise Safe Sleep Crack is not able to pinpoint it among the other running processes.
Despite the fact that Safe Sleep may not provide you with too many options or features, it does achieve what it was designed for. In addition, the fact that it stays low on system resources and sports a very intuitive and user-friendly interface makes it a good choice for anyone, especially if you are having trouble connecting to the Internet after your computer comes out of sleep mode.
