Working on multiple projects can be difficult, with demands on time being so constant, time itself is a resource that needs to be managed and accounted for. T@imeCalc is an application that allows users to manage different projects and allocate time units for each one, with tools to see where they are investing the most time and where it can be better used.
T@imeCalc is complicated, inputting the data from multiple projects is not only time consuming, but the way it is presented is also highly complicated. The application shows a series of graphs, charts and tables, that can all be adjusted and edited accordingly. Oddly, the various tab labels are shown on the right of the program that seems slightly counter intuitive, but it is a minor issue.
Fortunately, the complicated display that accompanies the application is backed up by a large amount of help documentation. Users will be able to access both offline and online support, that explains every aspect of how T@imeCalc works, along with a tutorial users can access when they first start the program.
The time management aspect of T@imeCalc Crack is divided up into several different features that present project information in various different formats. The different areas are: Journal, Cost Unit, Personnel, Calendar and Working Hours. Each area features its own tab and can display its information in a number of ways, users can select to view the data of a day, week, month or an entire year.
The settings of the program provide a way to edit the size of the weekend, adjust the hours of a day, factor in holidays and even more. While T@imeCalc could arguably be presented in a slightly more modern format, the use of visual aids and color codes makes its wealth of information manageable and useful.
While T@imeCalc might be a bit dated, it is perfectly function and its design choices still hold up and won't impede users. The extensive help documentation must be commended and will make sure there is no ambiguity in how the program operates. All in all, T@imeCalc is a very useful tool that can help users manage the often under appreciated resource of time.
