Video Processing Filter is a video transformation filter that enables users to rotate clips by 90, 180 or 270 degrees as well as to perform other video-related actions. It requires DirectX Runtime and an installed video display card to work properly. The tool can be integrated into software products using any programming language that supports Directshow, such as Visual C++ (VC++), C Sharp (C#), Visual Basic (VB) and Delphi.
The downloaded package contains a demo to show you how to use the Microsoft Foundation classes, including help documentation. The sample can be accessed from an executable file. It's made from a single window that gives you the possibility to open media from AVI, MPG and MPEG files, in order to load content in this area. If available, sound is played too.
Buttons are displayed for pausing, resuming and stopping the playback, converting the image to black and white, inverting colors, flipping the image horizontally or vertically, rotating the picture by 90, 180 or 270 degrees, as well as for keeping or disregarding the aspect ratio.
It's possible to purchase a single developer license available for one developer and one executable application (cannot be used on a single web or application server). Another option is a single server license, which is valid for one developer and one executable program and can be used on a single web or application server. In this context, "application server" represents the device hosting the product which auto-encodes clips without user assistance.
