If you had some time off from work or just stopped accessing your Outlook account for a lengthy period, you might find yourself swimming in thousands of new entries that will weight down on your application or even your computer. Yearly Message Filing is a small Outlook app that can help you organize all those emails so you can easily access them and get rid of the system strain.
After the installation process is over, there won’t be any icon on the desktop or another way to access the app. Yearly Message Filing is not a standalone program, so you have to open Outlook in order to find it and use it.
The app is residing at the end of the ribbon and upon accessing, you’ll be redirected to its worktable. From there you can start to organize your emails and help fix your email client response times.
After you’ve located the tool, click on the Automatic Message Filing (or Yearly Message Filing Crack) and a window that contains the rules for item organization will pop up. From there you can opt for monthly or yearly filing.
The yearly filing sport and extra option that lets you exclude a year from the process, allowing you to isolate emails from a particular period for deletion or backup, or any other reason. Just check the box near Year to Exclude and all the mails from that year won’t be touched by the app.
To sum it up, yearly Message Filling is a smart app that takes care of your Outlook Inbox by filing your emails to folders created for specific months and years. The app comes as a plugin so it has no standalone interface, Outlook being mandatory for it to work.
